At SKYLRK, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- Include all original tags, labels, and packaging.
- Show no signs of washing, damage, or alteration.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or a valid order confirmation.
Items that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale or discounted items.
- Gift cards.
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Products returned without their original packaging or tags.
- Any item returned after the 14-day return period.
Return Process
To begin a return request, please contact our customer support team and provide:
- Your order number.
- The reason for your return.
- Photos of the item if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
Please do not return any product without prior authorization.
Refunds
After your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Depending on your payment provider or financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible after delivery.
Include clear photos of the product and your order details so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you would like a different item, size, or color, you may return an eligible product in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as SKYLRK cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages that are sent without tracking.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return has been approved and processed, refunds are generally completed within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
